SHIPPING INFORMATION & ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Once orders have been placed they are then processed/manufactured before being dispatched to our couriers.
Turnaround can take up to 4 weeks.
At LITTLEPNKIES we are known for our custom and inspired footwear. These are custom made to order when purchased with us. This is part of our turnaround time - the manufacturing process.
Once orders have been placed, orders cannot be amended. We are unable to amend selected items and sizes. Orders are unable to be cancelled once they have been placed.
Once your order is manufactured/processed by our international factory, your order is then transitted to us in the UK, packed and dispatched to you. A shipping confirmation email will be sent via email once your order has been shipped by our courier service. This will consist of your tracking reference number also. Tracking will then be updated once a delivery attempt has been made/your order has reached your shipping country destination.
Once your order has been dispatched to our couriers, please use tracking information to track your order as your order will no longer be LITTLEPNKIES responsibility. We recommend you contact our courier service for any shipment enquiries.
Sale days/Release days: Please allow additional time for the processing of orders placed on and around release/new drop days, due to the high volume of orders.
Store Credit/Discount Codes: Please note store credits and discount codes can not be used in conjunction with one another. Store credits will remain active for up to 6 months from date of issue.
Once your order has been transitted to our UK warehouse, your order will be packed and dispatched to our courier, to be processed for shipment.

EUROPE - 3-5 working days - £15
USA/REST OF THE WORLD - 5-10 working days - £25
Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance. Once your order has been dispatched, customers are advised to monitor their order via tracking information. Please notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any issues and you have not yet received your order. Any delivery problems or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.
Covid 19: We are processing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible. However, please note our courier may experience delays due to the worlds current climate which we unfortunately cannot account for. Due to this, please allow extra time for receiving your order, as stated above.
Taxes and Duties: The customer will be responsible for all import duties and customs fees. Please see your countries import duties and customs fees.
Please allow additional time for shipping on orders placed during peak periods such as sales and release dates.
In the event your order is returned to us due to shipment issues and incorrect addresses, shipping costs will not be refunded to you and you will be charged a shipping fee again, if you wish for us to ship your order again.
