LITTLEPNKIES does not accept returns or exchanges.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us straight away and we will look into resolving any issues. If you are not completely happy with any items from your order, please email info@littlepnkies.com.

Any items on sale are final sale and are non returnable/exchangeable. 

Please check our sizing guide and product descriptions for accurate sizing before any purchases. Please take our turnaround into consideration when selecting sizes of items. Please size up if you believe the item will not fit by the time you have received your order.

We do not accept or take responsibility for items that have been/may have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly, which has caused damage or faults to items. All shoes should be cleaned with correct products for that exact material. All printed items should be washed inside out on no more than 30° wash.
